Payments editor
Rowan Tessier has written about consumer payments in Canada for eleven years. Five of those were spent inside an e-transfer operations team at a credit union, where the daily work was determining which party in a failed transfer was actually at fault - the sending bank, the receiving institution, or the processor between them.
That experience is the reason this site is organised around the payment chain rather than around games. Most of what frustrates people about funding a casino account turns out to be a limit or a reconciliation step several steps removed from the casino itself.
He sets the criteria the shortlist is ordered on and checks every welcome offer against the operator's own published terms before it appears in the table. He also writes the sections explaining how e-Transfer, Autodeposit and the intermediary processors interact.
He does not write about game libraries or software providers, and this site does not publish scores or star ratings for the reasons set out on the about page.
He accepts no payment from operators for placement in the list, and no operator reviews the text about it before publication.
